1Agreement

These terms apply to the website at sharpside.fun, the API at api.sharpside.fun, and the alerts we send to Telegram and X (together, “Sharpside” or “the service”). By using Sharpside you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, and at least 18.

2Information only, not financial advice

Everything on Sharpside — prices, leaderboards, SharpScore, insider-pattern scores, Smart Money Flow, alerts and posts — is general information about what has happened on Polymarket. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any position or to follow any wallet.

A score describes a wallet’s past record or a position’s pattern; it does not predict the next trade or the outcome of a market. Prediction-market positions can lose their full stake. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for checking whether prediction markets are legal for you where you live.

3Not affiliated with Polymarket

Sharpside is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket or any of its operators. “Polymarket” is used only to describe the source of the data. Links to polymarket.com take you to a third-party site governed by its own terms.

4Data and accuracy

Market, trade, position and wallet data comes from public sources, mainly Polymarket’s public APIs and the public blockchain. Scores are computed by us from that data using the formulas on the Methodology page.

• Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong — at the source, in transit or in our processing.
• Some figures are sampled or windowed, and new deployments take time to fill in (see Methodology, Limitations).
• Formulas and thresholds change over time; scores are versioned so you can tell which formula produced a number.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time.

5Insider-pattern flags are patterns, not accusations

An insider-pattern flag means a position matches a statistical pattern in public data — for example a new wallet, an outsized position, few other markets, a cheap entry or timing close to resolution. A flag is not an accusation of insider trading, market manipulation or any other wrongdoing by anyone, and it is not evidence of intent, identity or access to information. Many flagged positions are ordinary trades, and many lose.

Do not use Sharpside to identify, harass or make claims about the people behind wallets. If you believe a flag or any other content about a wallet is wrong or harmful, write to us at hello@sharpside.fun and we will look at it.

6Acceptable use

You may browse, link to and share Sharpside freely, and use the public API for reasonable personal or research use. You may not:

• scrape or crawl the site or API in a way that degrades the service for others, or bypass rate limits (for example by rotating IP addresses or accounts);
• resell, rebrand or mirror the service or bulk-redistribute its data as your own product without our written permission;
• probe, scan or test the security of the service, or interfere with or disrupt it, its servers or its data sources;
• create accounts automatically, share credentials, or access another person’s account;
• use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to link wallets to real people;
• misrepresent Sharpside data or scores, or present them as coming from Polymarket.

The API is rate-limited. We may block traffic, revoke access or change limits without notice to protect the service. Quoting numbers and screenshots with a link back to sharpside.fun is welcome.

7Accounts and termination

You can use most of Sharpside without an account. An account — by email and password, or by signing a one-time message with a crypto wallet — lets you keep favourite traders and set alert preferences. Signing in with a wallet never sends a transaction and never asks for token approvals.

• Keep your password and your wallet secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information, and only connect a Telegram chat you control.
• You can stop using Sharpside at any time. To delete your account and its data, email hello@sharpside.fun from the account’s address (or tell us the wallet), as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close accounts, or refuse service, if these terms are broken, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Sections 2–5 and 8 continue to apply after an account is closed.

8Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharpside and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or any data, score, flag or alert in it, even if we were told such loss was possible.

Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site. Continuing to use Sharpside after a change means you accept the updated terms.
